Customer service was okay overall, but I do wish they were faster. It wasn’t a terrible experience or anything, but waiting around made me feel like I was losing time I could’ve spent elsewhere.

My order showed up packed really well, which is what you’d expect, but it’s still nice to see. No leaks, no dents, and everything was in good shape. Happy with it.

They did end up helping me out, and I definitely appreciated that. It just took a little longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating, but overall I felt good about the support.

They had some things in stock, sure, but of course a few of the items I actually went there for were sold out. Always fun when that happens. A little annoying, but not the end of the world.

I was poking around naturesremedyma.com looking for discounts. At first, I thought, okay, not bad. The deals caught my eye. Then I started clicking around and reading the little details. That’s where it got a bit annoying. Some items I actually wanted didn’t seem to qualify, but I didn’t really figure that out until later.
Prices were fine, I guess. Not terrible. Just not the kind of savings I was expecting after seeing the promos. Felt like the deals needed to be explained more clearly, because I kept thinking I understood them, then realizing there was some extra condition.

I found what I was looking for quickly, which was ridiculous in the best way. Nice selection and the whole process was super easy...

The location was convenient for me, like I said, it wasn’t too far and parking was fine. The place got the job done, but like I said, nothing really stood out to me. I’d probably go again if I was already nearby.

I stopped in with a couple questions, expecting to feel a little clueless, but the staff were really easy to talk to. They explained things without making me feel dumb for asking basic questions, which I appreciate because I’ve definitely been in shops where you feel like you need to study beforehand. Also, random side note, the place had a relaxed vibe, which helps when you’re trying to make a decision and your brain is already halfway thinking about what’s for dinner.
They took the time to help me figure out what would actually fit what I was looking for and didn’t rush me or push me toward anything. It felt more like getting advice from someone who knows their stuff than being sold to. Nice shop, good people, and I left feeling way more confident than when I walked in.

I went in thinking it would be a quick stop, then somehow I was circling around, checking side streets, doubling back, and still ended up parked way down the street. Maybe it depends on the time of day, but for me it was frustrating. If you’re in a hurry, this might not be the easiest spot

I pop in regularly, so the loyalty points actually make a difference. The discounts start stacking up after a while, and it just makes me feel like sticking with them is... worth it.
